Each pair is handcrafted by Indian artisans. Because our footwear is handmade, slight variations in embroidery, colour, texture, pattern and finishing may occur. These variations are part of the unique character of handmade products.

Size & Fit

Customers should select their usual US shoe size and review the available size chart before ordering. Fit can vary slightly because each jutti is handcrafted. Please contact us before ordering if you need help selecting a size.

Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed after successful payment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, shipping address, email, phone number and size information. Prices are displayed in USD where applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

• ✓ International delivery is generally 8–12 days after dispatch.
• ✓ Processing and dispatch time may vary by product.
• ✓ Delivery times may vary by destination and courier.
• ✓ USA orders may be eligible for DDP shipping.

International Customs

For international orders, customs duties, taxes or other destination charges may apply where they are not included in the shipping terms shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information and complying with local import requirements.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible retail orders may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition. Approved refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Size Exchange

Eligible size-exchange requests should be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unused and in original condition. Exchange depends on the requested size being available.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order information and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed, customised or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation.

Wholesale & Private Label

International retailers, wholesalers and brands are welcome. Wholesale, bulk, OEM and private-label orders may have separate minimum quantities, quotations, production schedules and payment terms.

Custom & Special Orders

Custom-made, personalised or specially produced footwear may have different cancellation, return and refund conditions. These terms will be communicated before production where applicable.
