We offer free worldwide shipping with delivery times ranging from 10 to 14 days. We use Aramex for faster delivery, leveraging our company account for the best courier service. We also ship via USPS using our Aramex account.

We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards. Payments can also be made securely through Razorpay, which supports all currencies.

The shipping time for customized orders and out-of-stock products may be longer, and we will keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post-ordering.

Please note that all sizes on our site are EUR sizes. Refer to the size chart for help with size conversions.

International orders cannot be exchanged or returned.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not responsible for any customs and import duty charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are unable to tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
