Exchange Policy:

By making a purchase, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. We strive to make your shopping experience as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible. Please read the following terms and conditions before making a purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: All sale, discounted, coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, size exchanges are always possible.

Cancellations and Exchanges:

Size Exchange Policy: We offer a 2-day size exchange policy. You have 2 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Eligibility for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange Conditions: Sonia Collections pieces can be exchanged for a different size (provided the terms and conditions are met). We do not offer a pick-up service; clients must send the item back to our address.
Credit Note: If the desired size is not in stock, we will issue a credit note.

Requesting an Exchange: If the product is eligible for a size exchange, contact us strictly within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91-9610378712 or email at soniacollection4@gmail.com.

Courier Acknowledgement: Please obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person, including the number of products dispatched, their signature, and mobile number. Sonia Collections is not responsible for any lost shipments.

Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend using traceable mail, as any returned items not received by Sonia Collections will be treated as not returned.
